These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between pkr96 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the pkr96 online gaming platform available at pkr96.net and any associated mobile-optimised versions thereof.

Access to and use of pkr96 is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and all others who access or use the Platform in any capacity whatsoever. By proceeding past the registration screen, making a first deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety without reservation or qualification.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and pkr96.

Access to pkr96 and participation in any gaming, betting, or wagering activity on the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the pkr96 platform.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the pkr96 platform or any related platform operated by the Company.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any sanctions regime that would prohibit participation in gaming activities.

pkr96 cooperates fully with its international licensing authority and applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures consistent with international gaming regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other point we deem necessary.

To access the full features of the pkr96 platform — including making deposits, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active pkr96 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using false identification — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate throughout the lifecycle of your account.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pkr96 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
4. Account Ownership: pkr96 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights attached to it to any third party under any circumstances.
5. Business Accounts: pkr96 accounts may only be opened and used by natural persons. Corporate, partnership, or any other form of business entity registration is not permitted.

pkr96 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle and to suspend account functionality pending satisfactory completion of verification checks. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restrictions including the inability to withdraw funds.

pkr96 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players, with all transactions processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR):

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay
• Bank Transfers: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank
• Digital Assets: USDT TRC20

The minimum deposit amount on pkr96 is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of withdrawal.

All withdrawals from pkr96 are subject to identity verification and KYC compliance. pkr96 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds before processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined at our discretion and consistent with our anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit into the pkr96 account. pkr96 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction will result in account suspension and investigation.

pkr96 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which pkr96 accepts no responsibility.

All betting and gaming activity on pkr96 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category, which are published within the relevant section of the platform. In addition, the following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the odds are locked and cannot be changed.
• pkr96 reserves the right to void any bet placed on events or markets that were incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, system error, or data feed failure. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, particularly during periods of high-scoring activity, wickets falling, injuries, or VAR/DRS reviews.
• pkr96 uses Certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all casino and slot games. These RNGs are audited and certified by independent testing agencies to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• The results of all games, matches, and events are final once settled by pkr96. Settlements are based on official results from recognised governing bodies such as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC) for cricket markets.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per event, as specified within the platform. pkr96 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts for individual players at its discretion.

Cricket betting on pkr96 covers PSL, international Test cricket, T20Is, One Day Internationals, and other major tournaments. pkr96 is not affiliated with the PCB, ICC, or any cricket franchise. Betting markets are offered independently.

pkr96 offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated on each individual promotion page.
2. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pkr96 reserves the right to restrict or exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
3. One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
4. Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
5. Abuse Prevention: pkr96 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, collusion between multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where abuse is detected, pkr96 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr96 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or using more than one pkr96 account.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other financial crime through the pkr96 platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events on which bets are placed through pkr96.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards pkr96 staff or other players.

All content on the pkr96 platform — including but not limited to the pkr96 brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, data compilations, odds compilations, game interfaces, and any other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr96 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr96 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content from the pkr96 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content or software.
• Use any pkr96 branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner that could suggest an affiliation with or endorsement by pkr96 without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data, odds, or content from the pkr96 platform by automated or manual means for commercial purposes.

pkr96 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pkr96 platform, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkr96 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and where you have provided explicit consent, marketing communications. pkr96 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

pkr96 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or our international licensing authority in compliance with applicable legal obligations. Such disclosures will be made strictly in accordance with applicable data protection law.

pkr96 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the wellbeing of its players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost and with no waiting period for activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pkr96 account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the total time you can spend logged into your pkr96 account per session or per day.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming by activating a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr96 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the pkr96 platform.
• Any losses arising from a failure or interruption of the platform due to technical issues, server failures, network outages, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from delays in the settlement of bets due to data feed failures or errors in third-party result data.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

pkr96's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkr96 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Reasonable suspicion of account compromise or unauthorised access.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or our international licensing body.
• The player being identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to sanctions.
• The player requesting voluntary self-exclusion through our responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pkr96 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activity, they will be forfeited in their entirety.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their pkr96 account in good standing may do so by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to a verified payment method after all pending wagers are settled and KYC requirements are satisfied.

pkr96 aims to resolve all player disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your pkr96 account or any transaction on the platform, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: Contact the pkr96 support team via live chat or by email at support@pkr96.net. Provide full details of your dispute, including your account username, the date and time of the event in question, and any relevant reference numbers. Our support team will aim to provide an initial response within 24 hours.
2. Formal Complaint: If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through live chat or email, you may submit a formal written complaint via email, clearly marked as a "Formal Complaint". pkr96 will provide a substantive written response within 5 business days.
3. Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following the formal complaint process, you may escalate your complaint to our international licensing authority in accordance with their dispute resolution procedures. Details of the escalation process are available on the platform.

pkr96 does not engage in arbitration proceedings in response to disputes that are already under active investigation by our compliance or fraud prevention teams.

pkr96 operates on a 24/7 basis and strives to maintain continuous platform availability. However, pkr96 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

pkr96 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance windows where possible. During periods of platform unavailability, all open bets remain valid and will be settled in accordance with normal rules once the platform is restored. pkr96 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability where such unavailability is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

pkr96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkr96 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice displayed within the platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the pkr96 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr96 holds its international gaming licence. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms.

Notwithstanding the above, pkr96 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction it deems appropriate in order to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent fraud, or enforce any other provision of these Terms that requires immediate protective action.

These Terms are written in the English language and the English language version shall be the authoritative version in the event of any conflict or discrepancy with any translation.
